The Project Scheduler will lead planning and scheduling efforts across multiple high-impact commercial construction projects. This role also supports corporate initiatives such as training development, data analytics, trend reporting, and continuous improvement within project controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain baseline project schedules using industry best practices.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare accurate and usable schedules.

  • Monitor and guide project scheduling activities led by operations teams.

  • Support bid and proposal schedule development and present to selection committees when needed.

  • Perform cost and manpower loading to support project execution.

  • Evaluate progress, assess schedule impacts, and prepare Time Impact Analyses as required.

  • Identify trends and provide data-driven reports to project leadership.

  • Deliver planning and scheduling training through Corporate University.

  • Recommend improvements to departmental policies, tools, and procedures.

  • Collaborate closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.

  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling techniques.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to integrity and excellence.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
