The Project Scheduler will lead planning and scheduling efforts across multiple high-impact commercial construction projects. This role also supports corporate initiatives such as training development, data analytics, trend reporting, and continuous improvement within project controls.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, analyze, and maintain baseline project schedules using industry best practices.

Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare accurate and usable schedules.

Monitor and guide project scheduling activities led by operations teams.

Support bid and proposal schedule development and present to selection committees when needed.

Perform cost and manpower loading to support project execution.

Evaluate progress, assess schedule impacts, and prepare Time Impact Analyses as required.

Identify trends and provide data-driven reports to project leadership.

Deliver planning and scheduling training through Corporate University.

Recommend improvements to departmental policies, tools, and procedures.

Collaborate closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule alignment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.

Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling techniques.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to integrity and excellence.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
