Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish. This role serves as the key point of contact for all project activity, driving progress, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project management, including contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.

• Oversee and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

• Ensure compliance with permits, safety standards, and insurance requirements.

• Manage communication with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Track project performance, prepare status reports, and support closeout activities.

• Contribute to proposal efforts and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).

• 5–9+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects; experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities is a plus.

• Proven success leading projects from concept to completion.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• DBIA and/or LEED accreditation a plus.

• Motivated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
